2022 Whangārei Fringe award winners and finalists

What a ride that was! After 17 days, more than 120 events, lots of laughs and not enough sleep, Whangārei Fringe 2022 drew to a close with the awards ceremony on October 16.

The Fringe team would like to send a HUGE thank-you to the artists, volunteers, audiences, venues, funders, sponsors, and everyone else who helped make the festival the buzzing ball of energy and weirdness that it was. We’ve loved seeing creatives, particularly local ones, step out of their comfort zone and trying something new.
